Refund policy

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your The Good Djinn Candle purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, The Good Djinn Candle Co. offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 14 days of your purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We are pleased to replace any item damaged during shipping. Please submit images to jerideb@gmail.com.

RETURNED ITEMS: We are happy to exchange or refund the cost of returned unused candles; however, we are unable to cover shipping costs. Items must be returned in new, unused, unburned, and resalable condition in the original box and packaging. Upon receipt and approval, we will refund your purchase and note there is 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please email jerideb@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
